This decision was made by the Leninsky District Court in the framework of civil proceedings. A copy of the decision is available URA.RU.

Wildberry's LLC appealed to the court with a demand to recover 1.3 million rubles from a resident of Perm. This amount, according to the plaintiff, was obtained as profit illegally.

"The girl made 198 sales of digital services on the marketplace. According to the plaintiff, fake buyers were used, who entered incorrect data to pay for the goods. Thus, no money was transferred to the Wildberry's account, and more than 1.3 million rubles were transferred from the marketplace account to the seller in total. Since an account opened in the name of a Permian woman was used for this purpose, the money must also be collected from her," the plaintiff's position is indicated in the court decision. The court sided with the company, and now a resident of Perm is obliged to pay the company over 1.3 million rubles.

Permyachka declared that she was innocent. Allegedly, at the request of her friend, she issued a card in one of the banks and handed the card to him. She did not know that this account and card details were used for fraudulent purposes. In this regard, the girl asked not to collect money from her, but to resolve this issue in the framework of the criminal case initiated by the police of the Central District of Moscow, but the court did not heed her requests. The court's decision will come into force on July 12.
