it means that as soon a s the cash hits the account you go to bank and buy cashiers checks you can do that at several bank branches or all at one time, it really depends on the banks policy, as soon as you buy the checks you need to find a way to cash them or deposit to other accounts and wire the money out as fast as you can.
The problem is to get good drops I have some corporate accounts tried one to feel it out account got frozen within hours.
