Hello,
Been reading your forum for a while and love it so far but I am having four beginners questions and hopefully someone could either provide or sell me the answers. I would be willing to pay for them but on predefined prices:
1. When using the cards within PayPal for doing the actual transaction and NOT just adding (verifying/confirming added ones) them, PayPal security terms require that IP is from the same country as the country of the card is. If the countries don't match, transaction won't be done successfuly. But which country have to match with the IP: the country determinated on registration of PayPal account or the country determinated on the card?
2. I am paying/owning few anonymous/unrecognizable proxies. As you know if PayPal sees you are using proxies, you can say goodbye to your account. I don't use those proxies if trying to do the transaction (or any other purpose) via public computer. I use them only on my own computer (internet browser's settings). Assuming that public computer's IP doesn't match the country (which country depends on your first answer), the transaction cannot be done because it will report an error ''The payment cannot be funded with this card''. Is there anything I could do, along changing my mind and use the mentioned proxies on public pc, to solve this issue? Specially I am having in my mind to enable the option that billing address is NOT the same one but the custom one - not sure what kind of form does PayPal offer after enabling/ticking that option but you are probably asked for new billing address. But I don't know if this would be the actual solution to the issue. It sounds too easy to solve such issue so quickly.
3. The third question has nothing to do with PayPal. Excluding online paying to reputable company for the service who will then send back to me the same amount (Minus their service fee) in dhl/fedex/ups or similar package, I am NOT interested in using cards offline. No exception. Only online. Should I be still interested at dumps then? Asking only for dumps, not ccs/cvvs/fullzs. Asking same question differently: Can I use the dumps (track1, track2 and its other details/parameters) in online usage also? The answer on needed question would be very short; Yes or No. To further simplify the needed answer: Im not even interested and pretty sure that I won't be in owning any kind physical items.
4. Regarding the balances on cards; I have successfuly added purchased card to the PayPal account but this was around a month ago. I had never even touched the balance yet. Therefore no transaction was successfuly made. What is the % of possibility that full balance is still available on it? Im pretty sure this cannot be answered exactly but only approximately. Fortunately once the card is added, noone else could add it on PayPal because it would block it reporting the error the card is already added to different account. Im just a bit anxious that after that approximate time (one month since i added it to the PayPal account), the balance would either entirely or partialy ''disappear''.
Thank you
