Make the right conclusions
Make it a rule for yourself - in a difficult situation, instead of feeling sorry for yourself, angry or upset, look for an opportunity:
1. Rethink what is happening. In any situation there is not only "horror", but also its advantages. Which?
2. To sort out what happened. "What can be done right now to address the situation?"
3. To prevent similar situations in the future. Life is big, and today's trouble, if you draw the right conclusions from it, may be a wonderful lesson.
These are your three Author Keys. It is not obvious that in any situation you will be able to implement all three options, but if you do at least one thing, you have already left the position of the Victim.
How do these keys work? For example, let's say you're driving to a meeting and you're stuck in a terrible traffic jam. "Well, what can you do here?!" Trying on the keys:
To realize that in the future it will be necessary to look at traffic jams on the Internet and leave by car earlier or take the metro (warn the key).
Now call and warn, then still get to the nearest metro, leave the car there and get there by metro, it's faster (to take the key out of the way).
If there is no metro nearby, use the traffic jam for study, recreation or anything else useful. Relax, learn and have fun (the key is to rethink).
