3 - Where did I slow down - wasting time or inactive?
Everybody does it. Even millionaires. But success is achieved by those who notice it in time and stop slowing down. This question will help you release the brakes in a timely manner and get started!
4 - Which of the things I am putting off should be done next week?
Everything has its time. Some cases can be tolerated, while others can lead to great losses if they are not done. There are such cases almost every week.
5 - What goal do I want to achieve next week and what needs to be done to achieve this?
This will allow you to look at the whole situation and prioritize your next steps. When there is a goal, your actions acquire the highest level of awareness.

Our life consists of what is remembered. If there are no strong impressions, then the week has passed in vain. And you didn't seem to live at all. After all, very soon the routine will be erased from memory.

You can simulate hectic activity by shifting pieces of paper and making meaningless calls. Or you can do one thing and immediately move forward several steps. Define it and do it.
