201 101 Pin

plz xcuse the newb question
but I read that track 3 only contains bank data as limit or limitleft etc
so would it be possible to buy a eu 201 and just paste track 1 and 2 and have a 101 or is this impossible cauze track 1 plus 2 refer to track 3 or show that it's a 201? If it is possible will it treat it as a creditcard so u only need signature no pin to buy instore? thanks a lot

Question 2: If the bin uses avs, is there a difference if i want to use it in uk and have 101 eu dump from france or 101 us dump from usa?

1st : 101 and 201 are different type of card

101 = Use Magnetic stripe ( Swipe )

201 = Use Magnetic + Chip on card

IF u have a 201 card u counldnt transform it on 101 .

but u could encode ur track 1 and 2 ( 201 track ) and use like a 101 ( Payment without pin ) in Country who Use this system ( USA , Canada , Italy ...)



2nd : For Bin

All Bin not work everywhere !!!

But France work in italy and vice versa !!

Best thing = Find Bin of City where u go card and u havent any prb with Call bank or other Shit . **

does anybody know how it works in germany? should i use only eu (maybe only german) dump or can explain his experiences?

is germany using this system that i can make a 101 from 201?

is the bin the last digits at track 2?

you cannot because in Europe chip cannot be done on 101 unless its a machine that does not read pin...Hard to find now
