If you remove from Write-Host "Disablings Firewall" and line below the # and adding it on Set-NetFirewallProfile -Profile * -Enabled True, then it's disabling firewall

Run Powershell as Admin

Cd to the folder which contains your file

Start script:

Or via CMD:

C:> powershell -File windows_security.ps1
