Hey i am a newbie and would like to ask some little questions:
1. How can i filter a good cc which has balance? I never know which one is good and how much do the coast in general?
2. What is the best and (best would be free) setup for windows ?

CCs dont come with known balance, a good price is 5-20$

1. You need to call the bank. Not you, but a call service. That costs money. And good luck finding a call service that will trust you. The cards cost from 8$ up to 60$. If you find some sellers & some cards that hit you will know that they are good. Logical.

2. What is the best and (best would be free) setup for windows ? ads power browser. The setup is around this forum on some of my posts. Check them out.
