Are hacked dumps or resold dumps like most vendors here sell more likely to show up hold or are skimmed cards usually higher risk for hold?

There are many factors.
Even reselled dumps can be more clearly than "freshly skimmed".

L O fucking L. Whenever there's a crossing point in a base/file of dumps, the possibility of stopping the whole batch is there. It's vendor's responsibility to sort it in a way that would raise the least amount of red flags. When u're working skimmed dumps, u have to hurry, because even minutes count there.
