debit cards usually have no limit, the limit is the available balance in the bank account.

the downside to debits in some areas is when you swipe, it will default to enter your pin number. You will need to have the cashier ring it as credit at that point. This is mostly for self swipe termnals. If your not good at talking then it can be nerve racking at first.

Debit card is the best koz you can spend $$$ according to your salary or whatever and you get your bank account debited at the end of the month for what you have spent on the card.

the most important part of using debits, is that you MUST know the right place to shop, basically the POSs that wont require entering a pin number after a swipe and EU is not the best place for it.

From my experience I can say when you swipe debit as credit, it will get stopped faster, but then again it's better to do just one big hit.

For cashout :

Debit : If he has 500? you can withdraw directly 500 ? | Visa Electron or Maestro.
Credit: If he has 200 ? you can withdraw ? 500 directly, but there 's some cards it limits such as 100 ?. | Visa Classic, Gold, Platinum, Infinite.

Maybe in Italy you can use but in France very difficult.
