101 dump + Chip?

I have a plastic card that is from EU that has a chip
i erased the Tracks and i put in a 101 dump on the Card
: Now the card has a Chip + 101 dump
If i use it at a terminal will it read the chip?

chip still has 201 info, damage chip, so when chip inserted 3 times, pos will ask to swipe card, then pos will read 101 track u encoded.

Make sure you card a pair of running joggers cause you will need them when they check last 4
