PayPal Discussion - cashing out related

Hi,

I see many people who are looking for paypal with balance.. even see some paying up to 40% of the balance.
Is there still a way of getting the money out ?
I can get paypal fund from scams that last even 3-4 day with no chargeback
anyone from here that can stil manage something with success ?
when i ask this i mean getting something more than 15% from the total balance -))

still looking for people capable of getting the balance out in time
amounts from my part are endless, the only limit is your or capabilities .
