Changes weekly really. Read the comments from buyers on how good the base is for a seller before you buy.

Try to get at least 10 to 15 bins that work for you. You can get 5-10 that are from your area easy if you are carding in a big city and then just add on 5 more that area not but work well. That way you can find the bins you need more often and then you may have 3 bins that are your favorites...

Do your homework! First you need a good seller/sellers, second you need to find bins that work in your area for the amounts that you need, third you need to know what stores you can card. This is pretty much dead. QFC, Safeway, Walmart, Fred meyer, all got killed for years and now most ask for DL number or don't let you use credit at all. There are a few places that it still works but that window is closing fast.
