    How much can you get from a card before it's investigated?

    When do people receive their bank statements?

    Is it at roughly the same time, or are they different for each customer? I want to card something that is made to order, and requires a 7 day waiting period between payment and shipping. So I figure, pay just after someone receives their bank statement, and hopefully the waiting period doesn't...
