yup and i missed replace again cause of the problem and there response to my ticket is no one else has ticket with that error who cares if they do or not i do and i never use to have any problems and i know i wont get all the replacments i deserve and be screwed outa more money this time like...

Ok they wana delete my account cause there website is f'ed up and i had to put in a ticket and they act like its my problem and only refunded half my order. This has happened 2 times before this is ridiculous that there site screws up and you put in a ticket cause u couldn't put in replace...
