I've found some non vbv cards however whenever i try to use them we we get an error saying something like "use another card", is this the cards themselves are low qual?

I have tried this and this does not work. The only thing that has worked is very small amounts on some stores. Also, is there a way to check if a bin is non vbv? thanks, safespase
