Thanks for the explanation. Is it safe to assume card is dead (visa debit 201), after this procedure and attempting to cash out on atm and it says service is not available? or is it a matter of hitting a right bin and code

I guess its just a hit and miss game till you know what bins and codes hit (something I'm also trying to figure out). Tried my first one with cerberux and the service itself was good but the dump was dead. 'No service' possible on atm
