Sorry, I have also another question and I will not bother you anymore. I keep seeing all this people searching for some valid "bins". I know what is a bin but I don't understand why people are asking for some public bin lists. Is this an important thing to ask to the seller when buying cc?

Do you recommend carding on crypto exchanges? Could you also please recommend to me a link for a tutorial on carding? Something for a noob like me, I would appreciate it so much!!

Sorry for the dumb question but i'm completely a beginner. If i need to operate in italy, i need to buy italian cc or i can also use other states cc? If i can only use Italian cc, does somebody know where to find them?
