what if he was using a mag strip only atm and not a card reader one?

what type of atm did you insert the card in? and what software did you use in order to code the blank card? its best to use old atms from corner stores since they would fall back onto the mag strip reader if its old enough.

if the atm is as old as 15 years and is chip enabled it should be able to fallback onto the mag strip if the chip reader detects no data from the emv chip when inserted.

i recently bought a dump for 5$ and it ended up being valid and worked when i went to the atm, although it was low balance maybe due to it being 5$ i will be buying a more expensive one soon, btw it was a d+p and used it at an magstrip only atm.

i tried it today, i bought a 5$ one, tried it at the atm, magstrip one not card reader and it was valid, only 20$ in it but most likely because it was 5$ i will be trying a more expensive one soon, i vouch for this shop.
