bro after tht the card gets flaged if u purchase something coz now days customers are more carefull with there card they keep sms alert on ever purchase u do online or offline ...... unless u have changed the whole billing address and phone no... :D

every thing went fine the balance transfer was approved in the last they said they couldn't transfer the balance in saving account u need a credit card U.K i thought u could transfer even in bank account with ur credit card ....... so if iam in russia ...... i need to have a uk credit card to...

its very expensive .......with tht money u can create your own server set in tht country if u want and ip whould cost u less then 1$ if u buy it bulk it will be more less and tht also dedicated ip to u .......if it gets black listed they refresh it to u ......

bro its impossible to card xoom tht also online forget it..... yes its possible over the phone but the chances r very little..... out of ten times u try c4rd1ng xoom u might get lucky twice..... personal experince
