How long have you been using it for? To be honest i'd be wary about buying something like that from Ebay, especially since i'm also in the UK.... Does it actually have a legitimate purpose?

What method is used to encode the dump onto the plastic? I assume some special machine is needed to do this? And i'm also assuming such machines cost a lot of money?

Well i have a laminator, although its just a regular one. Its actually for printing fake UK DL, well thats what i'm hoping for anyway. Was having a quick look on ebay, and it looks like £500-600 is the normal price for a second hand one, does that sound about right?
