Yes, 201+pin are real shit :) But anyway, some people can cash them out. Btw, nobody sells D+P. The reason is that you can easily contact someone who cashout D+P and get %. You should be able cash them out yourself, and "offer yourself" as a service to cash them out. But nobody will sell them...
