I think vendors should look into bitcoins as a legitimate payment option. It's been adopted by most underground dealers and i don't see why it hasn't picked up as much in the carding scene.

Thats because these are public now, it's best to find uncommon bins. I suggest buying a few non-vbv bins from vendors and try find better bins from the same bank. usually if one card from that bank is non-vbv, its very likely some of the other ones arnt aswell.

I use US non-vbv. search my US bin thread for bins.

Yes, i used the same bins. I kept payments under $150. I have yet to try a higher amount as the website has raised its security so currently contemplating carding them anymore.

After further testing, i have come to a reasonable conclusion. The merchant account had a high fraud rate (thanks to me) and moneybookers probably limited the payments to the accounts while they investigated. After 48 hours, payments were working fine again. I hope someone finds this useful if...

Yeah pretty pissed. Had an account of 1.5k locked out just a few days ago. I accessed it from the regular IP, but they requested verifcation code. They send 1 code at the same time everyday, but it nevers seems to work.
