What kind of check with the bank though? If i have a cvv. billing address with the VBV password, and maybe enrolled as well, could it pass verification?

Can anyone tell me what the checks are that Liqpay carry out before verifying a card to allow it to be used for a payment through them? Do they contact the bank? The owner of the card, etc.?
