Probably the base from ur vendor is old ore flagged. If u didn´t choose bins u know they work in ur place its also possible that they are with geo lock and dont work outside the assigned area or maybe u try to swipe more than the assigned max amount, most debits go for less than $1k

Results from my trial order: On checker all 5 pcs got approved. In store 3 played well, 2 got declined, after i did a recheck of the declined ones and still got approved with small amount. For me that means that his base is very fresh.

Today i made a trial order, 5 minutes after sending him payment i received my stuff with bonus. So far it looks like he is a serious vendor, tomorrow i will work, lets see how fresh his base is.
