I have experienced similar issues, I found a atm with mag strip only and I got 6 dumps but when I tired using them I got a “transaction couldn’t not be processed”, I was confused of this was a area issue, or maybe too far outside the state of the card holder so I came back to the drawing board...

Hello, Thanks anyone who responds If i create track 1 from Track 2 but don't have the name of the card holder, will i still be able to cash out at a old ATM with ^lastname/firstname^ as card holder name ?

how do you use card peek to record the mag strip ? i use the MSR software, is that all that's needed on 201 dumps?
