For paper style stuff you can use teslin/artsyn, but for the ID with the chip you will need a cardprinter like a fargo, zebra, evolis etc.

Since when do visas have this feature? The ones I have only got the V on front and the sig strip. I know that there are some special ones who got holographs in the magstrip but no uv.
