some of the guys here are right..im not bullshitting but talking from own experience.it happens that the bank froze the funds recieved if suspicious.and here are various reasons.on the other side, seyfu is also right, once he has done the transfer, it is not his job to cash it out.and it is NOT his fault if the bank frozes the funds.thats why the drops providers has to be PRO!!for example a person that recieves transfers often (even if small amounts) has a lower risk to get the transfer blocked!and thats just an example.there are many other small details that u have to handle best as u can in order to get as close as posible to ^a happy end^ : ))
also, seems right to me to change a bit the details with the transferor..i mean once u send 2k and the funds get frozened, is a risk u have to be aware of in the first place, so u wont cry if it happens.and seyfu in this case is clean!no faults! so the point is, u can risk 2k to get a bigger amount in exchange.afterall this is all about.B U T!! what if u want a bigger transfer and u are wiling to send to the escrow more then 10k?? in this case the deal has to change and seyfu must prove a bit of understanding too.i mean, losing 10-15k is not nothing!!..so at least for the bigger transfers, seyfu, the client and escrow, must agree ALL that the funds sent by the client to escrow must remain there till the client is sure he can get the money transfered by seyfu.then the escrow can release the money to seyfu!of course, no one will rip no one this way..just a thought, nothing more

p.s : getting informed arround, seyfu IS A PRO! and very reliable.u just need some skills to work with transfers : )
