How? It is very easy..
So, You make a deal with somebody forexample who wants to change 1k LR.
1, He pay for escrow the 1k WU (a little bit more than 1k because the changing fees)
2, After that escrow tell you that the money is in safe (at him)
3, You send the LR for the buyer
4, And if he receives money You will get your WU MTCN
And that's all.
(negative note: Its not very good for buyer because he pay escrow, and the WU fees TWICE!!!)
(positive note: Buyer's money is in safe!!!)
