I usually card high value items, which I can sell for close to retail value. Therefore maximising the profits

I also cashout using Western Union via CVV with DOB

Sorry, but I'm not from there so I don't know which shops are good for you.

You will need to try and learn which shops are easy cardable. Almost all shops are cardable, some are easy some are much harder.
