Flybee scam

I transferred $100 to the guy @Flybee830 to place an order worth $300 from apple. request within 5 days, it has been 20 days he has not completed the work, I asked for a refund but this guy did not fulfill the request. Admin please help me handle this.

@Flybee share your perspective if something is missing in the above chats or refund the money to the defendant.

I have no excuse for this..i just havent done the job because i trying to solve personal matters..i will get his item to his drop very soon..
 
He traded work for 5 days, I chose him for 20 days to work but failed. and now he still doesn't talk to me at the last moment.

did you inform him this condition that no refund will be given?
If not,then you need to give him his money back,thats the basic thing in every field.

@Flybee contacted me. I gave him 10 days to do the work, if not completed he would have to refund me. Thank you admin for your support. I will return if he does not refund after 10 days.

His service is not verified and the topic is located in unverified advertising.
Next time be smarter and buy only through the escrow service.

Please help me work and handle @Flybee830, he hasn't worked and hasn't responded to me. I agreed with him to pay by February 18, 2024 and he did not complete it.

Can the admin ban him now or give him more time to solve the problem?
 
The claim of forum member @polozi6868 against forum member @Flybee is being considered.

Chronology of events:
1. @Flybee created an unverified advertising topic offering its services, namely ordering goods of interest.
2. @polozi6868 discussed the terms in Telegram and transferred $100 in advance to @Flybee
3. @Flybee promised to deliver the goods on time, but did not fulfill his promise and pocketed the money for himself. Also @Flybee did not return the money @polozi6868
4. February 7, 2024 @polozi6868 created a claim against @Flybee in the "BLACK LIST [en]" section
5. @Flybee promised to resolve the current dispute by February 10, 2024, but did not do so.

Arbitrator's decision:
For deceiving a forum user and not fulfilling an obligation, forum member @Flybee receives an eternal ban and assigns the nickname "RIPPER" status.
The advertised topic is moved to the section "Rippers Scam Service".
P.S. If the problem is completely resolved, the status may be removed at the discretion of the arbitrator. In this case, @polozi6868 should write in this thread that the claim has been withdrawn, since @Flybee sent the agreed upon product or returned the money in full.

THIS VERY BAD LAST YEAR I REMEMBER THIS DUDE BULLY ME ON THE INTERNET CALLING ME NAMES , IT SUCH A PITY HIS A RIPPER, I HAVE NEVER DONE ANY TRANSCATION WITH ANYONE HERE.... SO FAR THIS FORUM SCARES ME BECASUE I DO NOT KNOW WHO'S REAL OR FAKE , TO MY UNDERSTAND THIS FORUM SUPPOSED TO BE A HELPING HANDS FOR THE NIGGAS STRUGGLING TO END A LIVING , WHY DO RIPPERS AND SCAMMERS USE IT TO STEAL FROM THEIR OWN NIGGAS, IT VERY HEARTBREAKING, LISTEN YOU CAN NOT GET NO REFUND FROM FLYBEE YOUR MONEY IS GONE FOR GOOD ....
