Who can tell me, can detect the dump in balance?

good balance dumps smell of money.

you need to look into merchant accounts. using an auth on a card with a modified payment gateway set up will allow you to check balance and not kill the dump. i wont give more info than this but if you have some tech skills this is the way to go.

Sometimes depends on the bank and sensitivity of the bin. Knowing the balance would be useless IF you are carding in store.

I have tested this with many hand skimmed local dumps where I got bank insiders to check the balance to produce better work. But do keep in mind balance is not everything, afresh dump could have a 50K limit, but can still decline on POS for a coffee purchase


To sum it up how well a dump may hit depends on:
- region lock
- bank security
- purchase sensitivity (types of purchase, ie. apple electronics kill cards FAST)
- original card holder's spending frequency and amount
- orginal card holder's location , time zone and spending habits (you could be buying an apple product in Canada while the owner is using for his DAILY coffee run in Africa)


Some of the above pointers applies on the heavier side on things when it comes to local hand skimmed dumps.

If dump has original Track 1, Do a Search for person. Search SSN+DOB. Then call bank from prepaid Phone type CC number then last 4 of SSN. Done. Know balance of card and location of person.
