1. Where to get good botnet.
2. Make virus fullyundetectable.
3. How to spread the virus
4. And security measures to take.

Spyeye? No; unless your just appealing to see some technique structure.

Also buying a crypter be wise in which you purchase, stay away from .net stuff. No one on this board alone sells any decent crypters or crypts in that case, i know of a couple coders that have made very impressive crypters though.

Spreading; you can usually appeal to various exploit packs. Go look on v.ms for an author exploit.in If you really got the cash ask Paunch about his cool exploit pack.

Most crucial for me would be hosting and securing the data; and yourself.

So look into reading about fastflux.

Only rippers most cases "Sell Botnetsss".
It's hard to believe you have coded couple botnets already as you say and nobody knows you. Even If you been legit reseller of multiply bank bots, I will know you... or you will be known... So you reseller without permission probably.. and most likely public stuff... zeus, spyeye, ice9, citadel... and that's very lame and you not gonna be tolerated on this forum.
Anyway
Dezz if you want free bank bot, PayPal with zeus, or IX9, spyeye... they all public and don't be fooled dont buy them...
if you have money probably you can invest in carberp, been for awhile and they know what they doing... citadel was a good choice couple months ago... but coder/owner disappear and ditched the project... plus it's cracked already... at least publicly half way ;-)
If you interested in zeus, spyeye or IX9. I will gladly provide the panels with builders... no charge ;-)

I would only add that there are multiple ways to find good traffic and multiple "exploit packs" that you can forward this traffic too, also there are local spreading options once u r on a network. might want to look into that too. Most botnet keepers dont buy crypters but rather use services, which have some advantages and disadvantages depending on the specific service. Crypting iframes could be important, luckily there's a service for that too... welcome to 2013

Get in the habit not to trust any links from nobody (even me) scan it, with antivirus... Run everything in sandbox, see with wireshack or similar tool if it's making outside connections... if it is it means it's binded with some kind of malware.... maybe the same spyeye .

If you're good coder you can write some bot for you purpose.
So for what purpose do you need botnet? bank acc, spam or what?
And how many you can invest in you botnet?
