I have learned that the same BIN for a cardholder can be the same in California as it can be in Kansas. For example, Cap One will send out signature cards with the BIN 123456 to cardholders in Kansas and issue the same BIN to their cardholders in California. Therefore, my question to is: If we live in the USA, why does it matter what BIN we pick? If 123456 is issued in Kansas and then again in California, what does it matter? Since the banks use the same fucking BIN for their cardholders across the nation what does it matter what BIN we choose?

stampbaby, sometimes one bin can be in 10 - 20 different states or cities in your country and sometimes only in one city. Its bank policy. For example: 123456 for cardholders in Kansas, California...but if u will use this bin in NJ then this bin can get region block

I have traveled nationwide several times with my own personal cards and NEVER EVER have I been declined. - And for big purchases as well. Also, I never informed my banks that I would be traveling. So, how was I able to do this without having my cards region blocked?
