First time tried 2 dumps, 1 out 2 went
second time, bought 8, all 8 were declined but got my refund on time
third time, bought 2 dumps, 1 went for big hit 5k and other one still havent touched
Overall, not entirely the greatest but refund policy is fair and some dumps are good for working. Maybe update will make everyone happy.

Exactly! According to these vendors you can't judge them based on a few pieces. Really? Why not? If you're valid rate is good, how is it possible that people consistently pick out bad pieces? It doesn't matter how small the order. Mathematically the ratio of good v. bad does not change.
If a barrel is supposedly full of "fresh" apples and people have to reach in blindfolded and pick out apples..............they would have to have some really shitty luck to keep picking rotten ones.

The refund system works by clicking the "order dumps" tab and next to the dump, click on check it. If the dump is bad it will say decline and credit you back
As for sure dump really can be failed or it can be not enough money on it. But you can still change it. And you can nothing to do with it. Nobody can tell you how much money are on track. Its like a casino roulette. Its sign of a bad tone to write about your failed attempts. I have high quality stuff and many are convinced of. We are living in democracy world where anybody can choose any other service they like.

Correct. Impossible to tell balance on dump, however, all mine were declined. - Which means no money or bad dump.........BIG difference.
Some of these vendors want it all one way: only good feedback. Heaven forbid you post honest negative feedback.
Big fancy introduction. Big fancy website. Very professional on chat. But in the end it is for nothing because of crappy dumps. LMFAO.
I strongly recommend NOT using this vendor. Small test order of 4 pieces = 0% validity. This clown didn't even bother to replace. I put in a support ticket before the 24 hours. I did not use the auto-refund checker because I did not want to kill the dumps before using at POS. After they were all declined at POS I used his checker on site. His own checker showed 3/4 decline.
Instead of doing the right thing and replacing, he cries about "bad tone" on here and locks me out of my account. Are you serious? He can have the $96 dollars. LMFAO Apparently he needs it worse than me.
You are right about one thing though: We are living in a democracy which means we are allowed to express bad feedback as well as good. You can't have it one way my man.

When I came back from POS after all the declines. I did click on "order dumps" and the only button there was "show." I then checked them on the checker. 3/4 declined. I opened ticket and notified him on ICQ.
No replace. Just locks me out of my account. What a joke. LMFAO
I don't understand why so many people are trying to kill this seller reputation. there are rules even time limits for replacing dumps... one thing for sure, I had purchased many dumps from shop, I don't know if I am getting lucky or I am picking the right bins for my area.. but they are hitting great.. specially during weekend since they are debit and not credit.... and as lucky as you might think I am.. I purchased 3 orders already for three of my people on the street they are swiping and I haven't replaced anything yet.. so far my approval is in the 80 to 90%.. I give this seller credit for the great dumps. and this business is very clear to identify wether a seller is bad or good for you...
if you buy your bins and don't work then you buy your bins again and again don't work.. and you buy again and again all from different seller and don't work.... then it might be that your bins no longer work anymore.. it happened to me before, hit good on certain bins and bang no more working no matter how many dumps I purchased... just check on the pos code.. sometimes a "call for auth" will come up in most of them letting you know, it has to be called in by the owner of cc.. to verify wether or not they were trying to make that purchased.
now if you find a seller that sell your bins, and you are rocking then go buy from that seller.. just leave this seller do the business for those like me that stuff in shop works.. this is only for people who don't know what they are doing.. real experienced carder don't even bother posting shit anywhere.. they just keep working... and I had to make this post just to point out that this seller is real and has great stuff.. when this seller start selling shit, I will just move on to the next great seller..

You don't understand why so many people "trying" to kill this vendor reputation? Not trying to kill anybody. I leave honest feedback whether it's good or bad. Vendors kill themselves when they sell crap.
Real carders don't post shit here? Wrong. Real carders look out for one another when it comes to vendors. The whole point of having a forum like this is to make money and help each other out.
Time and time again I have seen the same thing on this forum: whenever someone posts negative but truthful feedback the vendor gets pissed off and then tries to turn the tables by saying that the buyer is "cheap." He didn't buy enough pieces.......asking for too many refunds.......blah blah blah. These clowns want big orders but can't even provide good quality on small orders. They are fucking insane.
