Hologram heat presser help

Hi guys I've Ben doing a lot of reading online and when I search for hologram heat presser I see a lot of I Ges of the tipper I own along with a lot of other heat stampers Kingsley etc my question is if I own this kind of tipper http://www.ebay.com/itm/MB90-HOT-FO...869?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35c3debfad. Is there a way I can modify the head to be able to press holos because I spoke to guy that sells printers embosser and tippers and he says that tipper and presser it's the same thing the only thing is that to press things I will need a custom head to press the objects I would like I HONESTLY DO NOT KNO CAN GUYS THAT OWN ONE PLZ HELP ME OUT IM TRYIN TO START WITH A CHEAPER MODEL AND THEN WORK MY WAY UP AROUND 600 is good for me to spend THANKS

For the holograms you will need a custom die.

Best are silicone dies.

Various vendors are selling them.

You show them your design files/measurements and they will manufacter the dies for you.
Ideally they will already mount them onto bronzing tables. Thats the metal plate which the silicone rubber piece in tipping plastic gets attached to.


Remember. You ONLY need the outer shape of the holo with a fill.

You dont need the actull inside design of the hologram, just the outline.

So if you have visa or mc heatpress holograms.
Measure them or send the manufacter physical samples.

And you will get your silicone dies.


However, if you are going for real high quantity printing I suggest you invest in a kingsley machine.

Pretty much most machines manufactered in the UK or in the USA will do a good job, because they are solid.


Chinese ones tend to be not as accurate and sturdy.
The one that you linked is also chinese made.

Ok thanks do u happen to kno n e one that is selling those dies and how much r they?and also what about heat stamping sig panels thats another die ? If u can send me link of vendors of those dies i would really apreciate it cant find one and thanks for ur help
