Tipper HELP!

So i got i tipper for my embossed CC and im having trouble using it, the tipper keeps melting numbers and it isn't tipping right. i also got a zebra printer for printing the CID on the card. the printer doesn't print some times. i need help to figure out everything. please post below if you can help me or send me a PM. thanks

Make sure you actually put the silicone pad onto the metal and tip like this.

if you try to tip with just the metal it will fail.

Also check your temp.

170°C is enough

And only tip like 0.5 to 1 second
Dont leave down longer
Or the heat will attack the plastic

Check if the machine is adjusted right so it reaches down to your card , not too much and not too less.
