No offence meant,awhile ago i got ripped for 1.3k for a item i order,seller delay and went missing ignoring msg.I gave time of another week or 2 b4 i reported it on blacklist,i was late.in between that 2 weeks time there was a few more victims as well.50 is a low start,but still a start to something bigger.My apologies if i have offended anyone in this post.Just my experience thats all.

Its not everything about the amount. It is also about principle - someone promising something to be delivered and provides nothing. This could happen to other members as well so its good to give a warning. Had another claim, for much bigger amount. I would need to open few more claims, I have all proofs but due to lack of time I didn't and probably won't.

ADMV I agree with you if he doesn't refund $50 and/or if he doesn't provide that service (which I don't want from him anymore) then the amount could soon raise to infinity as well. Better to give a note to others so they wouldn't be disappointed with Blue*

I know UP don't have that option thats why i told him and gave him icq id publically but he is going all the time offline so I changed the post. Anyway thanks for reply.
