Things Requierd:
1. Box Method
2. Address
3. PID with warranty
4. Email & (or) phone

First of all you will need only a PID with warranty for an xbox 360.Once you
have this you can begin.

1) Head over to xbox support

go through the troubleshooting
until you reach the contact page. You can either choose, request a call,call
us directly or chat.

2) Now once your on the phone or in a chat session just explain to the
problem and try to be a realistic as possible and provide correct details
when asked.

3) They will eventually ask you for your PID/SN, in which you will provide
and they will tell you it’s got days/months left of warranty, and they will
then tell you how to obtain a shipping box and they will email you a
prepaid shipping label to attach to your box. Once all this it’s done you
will have to contact UPS to arrange a collection ( their details will included
with the email with the prepaid shipping label).

4) Once you have your box it’s best to give a little weight (around 4.00Kgs).
The best way to do this would be to drill a couple of very thin holes in the
bottom of your box, then fill it up with screwed up newspaper then tip
sugar or sand in and try to make it around 4.00kgs.

5) Once you have successfully completed these step, tape up your box and rip
it open and bash the xbox a little making it look tampered with. Then retape
it back up ready for ups, making sure you have your prepaid shipping
label attached.

6) Now the process will take around 1-2 weeks and they will contact you
saying the box was empty. Sound shocked,angry,annoyed whatever and
play it cool and tell them that it was an early birthday gift or something
and they will tell you they will carry out an investigation.

7) About 4-7 days after they call you they will send you a confirmation email
saying they are going to ship you a new xbox.
