so many people here have sent me their ICQ, while I've added them, I can't reach them at all! I see them online but the authorization is not going through! This only happens when you are using your ICQ from a mobile device.

WHEN ICQ IS USED FROM A PC/MAC THE AUTHORIZATION WORKS FINE!


We get this messages while trying to add people who are using icq from their cellphones:

"XXXX only receives messages from contacts on his contact list or from contacts that have registered their phone number. In order to send XXXXX a message, please register your phone number to ICQ, or add XXXX to your contact list, and once XXXXXX adds you to his contact list you can send XXXXX messages"

XXXX is the NICK.
