All amex are also non-vbv

as far as im aware, the whole of the amex brand does not support avs, even in the uk.... thats why when they where good i was getting 2k orders on a usa one in the uk

what order went through and then canceled the order? or just declined?

very strange... i know when the merchant send the order confirm too the shop they put the bin lookup info on there so maybe that could of fucked your order up! but for the errors i have no idea..... i stopped using amex the start f 2012..... they used to be really good i once had a 371560 bin and it went on for like 12k with online orders.... ever since then i have never had a amex that works so i gave them up lol.... sorry i cant help more

not shure if this help you , , but as i have read and attempt to use can dump in USA at gas pump close to border , any zip work because you may not enter LETTER into zip code prompt ))

maybe for foreign amex to push through to USA website, can use same billing/shipping ??

years and years ago , , one good exploit we had was stealing verified paypal with our spybot 1.2b botnet ) we would enable keylogger from login, then turn bot box in to sock 5 via IRC cmd . .

as long as CVV was rite )) you could put ANY billing address . . it would add card , then it would say you must enable expand use to charge >2k to card ))

the exploet with this was to do with it would add a confirm billing address to card to as you drop , we also wud be able to ship the pay pal debit masturcard to the drop since our phonie amex card was forcefully add with invalid billing

Amex in US use AVS, any amex beside US does not use AVS.
