eBay fraud has been categorised as being dead or dieing by some or most people who claim to do ebay fraud. "Fact" that i can't agree with. eBay fraud is up and runnin' just that people are fallin' behind, maybe workin now better than ever with all noobs "people who claim it is dead" out of there. eBay Fraud is up and runnin'. carding, scaming, most domains. Drop some thoughts on this dead fraud ebay scene topic i see around here if anyone has any.

How you do this? Local buy only?nothing wrong with ebay , i use paypal and cc's for ebay and when payment successful i collect the items from the sellers house..

When you create one paypal and buy from someone in ebay, days later paypal take the funds in sellers account. So the seller lose money and the item he sold you. This way, you are fucking someone directly, not a company or a bank, but an individual person. This is not the way I conduct my business, and the thread creator said: "maybe workin now better than ever with all noobs "people who claim it is dead""... For me, noobish is need to fuck some individual person when you can fuck banks and big corporations who fuck all of us with their taxes.
U think it's not possible for seller to get the money just like the way shops are? Or that's the case generally when paying with paypal? I was never quite sure what happens after refund request to seller... :/

The seller in ebay, is someone like you and me, a normal person. When you buy into some store with stolen credit card data, you are doing fraud in a business. Sometimes the store take the cost, sometimes the bank. All depends what the credit card processor decides. If the store hits a big margin of fraud, merchant can even remove the POS from there. When you do fraud against some normal person, this person is not 'linked' in some merchant or credit card processor. So in this case, the person use paypal or another payment processor. Do you think the payment processor will take the cost for fraud or will just leave the "weak side" with the cost? The weak side (normal persons like us) always lose. Business, merchants, banks and credit card processors, even when take the cost, still winning, because they abuse in their taxes from every client. But us, always lose in this case, in fact, when you pay taxes to your bank and to your credit card, in fact you are payin the fraud that you commit in internet lol...

I would think the best way to card ebay is to be the buyer and the seller...
1. Have Fake Paypal and Fake Ebay Account Linked To A Anonymous Prepaid ATM Card
2. Sell a High Ticket Item (Could Be Some Random Bogus Domain Name) or whatever.
3. Use the BuyItNow feature and use stolen cc to purchase fake item..
4. Funds are in your paypal
5. Transfer to bank
6. Cashout ATM

I don't understand what you mean by fake ebay and fake paypal account. If you mean, credit card/cvv2 made accounts with (0) feedback and not hacked, than yes, it's one way of doing it. It does work. But you need to be carefull with certain things such as the socks/vpn/ip address that you use, to be the exact location where the identity stolen is based. Than you must be ware of phone verification, the VOIP (Phone must be the same area code) in order to avoid cancellation of the account. As soon as the ebay account is made there is no need for paypal as i am pretty sure most accounts that are no more than one week made and a new paypal account is attached to them that start receiving money like mad will certainly get canceled. So no paypal account attached, just the ebay account formed very carefully. List your item and cash money through a fake escrow site. That's about the best way you can do it in forms of newly account created. Hope i helped
come on guys, keep morals out of this weather its individuals or comapanies, when you card who takes the fall? the cardholder.. they are without that money for who knows how long. everybody i know that has had their card data stolen never got reimbursed. same with tax return fraud or cashing bank logs. im not saying i think everybody should do this but you all need to stop justifying your actions by saying "companies" there are 2 types of people here. criminals and kids. and the kids will not understand this but my only rule is dont fuck over the ones that can help you. like the members on this forum, we all make money because of this forum and the members on this forum so dont screw them. you dont make money off of ebay sellers.

you need have ebay account with over 50 feedback vpn same location with ebay and paypal , use paypal account who had a little transaction et voila
