D+p cashout

Hey, i'm thinking about starting that in the EU. Trying to collect as much information as possible, and thanks for your answers in advance. Had readen alot the last few days, i got enough money to invest into this. PLEASE no posts like don't do it if you don't know what to do, i'm trying to figure everything out. All the basic stuff is really appreciated.
What are Differences between skimmers as i have seen a plenty of these, which would be the best for EU atms, what's else would be needed for collecting and cashing out dumps.

Thanks, and the last question probably. So i understood that i can skim in the eu and cashout the cards in USA, Asian countries. Am i thinking the right way
