chip skimmer exist the problem is what you will make whit that info that you get? how you will uncode that.. en encode again in a chip to make a transtation.. i hope soon all this can be done.. like explict the youtube video.. but the days of MG are counted

guys its just so easy to make chip skimmer. its possible to clone the card but you don't need clone the card. the best easiest way is a relay attack ...
for example you put an insider into a shop to manipulate chip and pin terminal or just setup a fake ATM machine in the street to welcome people insert their card into ur machine and enter the pin. when customer insert his card into ur owned terminal you are in a store buying several ipads and go to cashier and put ur card into the real store terminal in same time. then whatever info they send to your fake card you relay it to the victim that inserted his card into your bad machine and get the response from his card and send it back to your fake card and give to the real stores terminal. just simple as that and there is no any verification like america to worry about badass cashiers.
edit: if its difficult for you to get an insider or installing fake ATM machine then put somebody at nights to break into small shops with low security (shop is not important the people who come in are as their cards always have money) and install a hidden camera there and manipulate the terminal. then you can communicate with terminal remotely when u see someone trying yo swipe card and anybody try buy anything always fakely says payment successful but actually its not connected to bank and store owner will understand when u made lots of money from his terminal.

The Problem is to write it again, or copy the emv card one to another.
I know About the Encryption ( DDA or SDA ), For me as long as anyone out there are able to work with "chip cloning" i'm willing to pay or cooperate with u. ( ESCROW is A MUST ).

You CANNOT copy the chip. You CANNOT write it's contents to another chip. On the magnetic stripe there is information that is the same always. On the chip there is not information, but a program, that works with data. The chip card works like this:

1. The bank sends some data to the chip
2. The chip takes this data and calculates a response to that data and then sends it to the bank
3. The bank decides if the response is valid.
everytime the input data is different, everytime the output data is different, and you can't know the algoritm that converts the input data to output data.
The only thing you can get from the chip is the contents of track1 and track2 and create a card with this data, but a card with only a magnetic stripe! You cannot make a working chip card clone. No one does ... for now, even the creators of this thing
