Your card got chip on it?

My original cc Yes
The copy card No

But one day my original cc was used, the magstripe was almost delete and I could not withdraw, I went to my bank and they told me most old ATM in my country doesn't read chip, only the magstripe

And I 've read in the news that some guys get caught in my country for have wihtdraw some money with blank card, so why I cannot copy my OWN card and withdraw money?

All MSR encoders will perform the same way. Just 2 types of MAG stripe available in market Hico/Loco and most of the MSR encodes both. and works in all atm .(if not 201) which is chip based verification.

Ok but why it's not working?
My original cc is 201 (with chip). Simple question: can I copy the mag stripe with msr and withdraw money?

i deleted and reinstalled from tyner wed site
and seems to be working fine now
i am still a little cofused but can anyone answer this please
do all msr put the % sign at the start and a ? mark at the end of all track 1's
and a ; at start and ? at the end of all track 2's
when it writes them
will the POS accept the card with these symbols in the tracks
and should both track's be written in (210 BPI HI-CO)
thanks guys hopefully this will be my last question's

The % and the? is the start and end sentinel and it is necessary if the card is to be written correctly. It is there when you swipe read but when you are changing anything on same card it will not appear on monitor, but when you write and read again you will see it appear. Hope this helps.:)
