you can transfer money to any bank in USA? How long does it takes till the bank will get locked?

Same question for paypal : how long does those funds stay in paypal account.

The funds will stay one week or longer. In this time its possible to use my service every day so 7* 1,5k. Paypal needs same time. my min amount is 500$.

After i talked about escrow, he told me he would talk to his partner and went offline never to return again....yeah thought something was fishy.

Beware about the guy who dont accept Escrow Service
