OKAY, ASD,

First of all anyone would be concerned when a flight you booked gets cancelled immediately within 12hours. Even if a party gets there, he/she might get fucked over for the returned flight. ESPECIALLY in this case you went offline for A WEEK, right after flight got cancelled.

I have sent you numerous offline messages telling you to refund me as I have already paid cash for the flight, and you log on two days later saying refund is not possible, since you have already rebook the flight. NO WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE?? **NINJA I can show log if you want to see**

***SECOND THING
I think I made the SMARTEST decision NOT staying at the HOTEL he booked as well. Made a call today just to check up on the status of it, since I am already in the city, and I know this guy wont refund me no matter what. Thought to have a look at the room I paid for at least.

Hotel asked me several questions (which was fucking werid cuz I'm just confirming a booking), and the finally tells me that ORBITZ(travel website) HAS ALREADY CANCELLED THIS HOTEL.


So Escrow doesnt really do shit at this point, since some flights and hotels will be confirmed temporarily for a period after booking, and may be even cancelled during your stay at some points!

So ASD, if you want to prove that you are a legit vendor, for the sake of the safety of the travelers. Refund me, and improve your booking system. OR just remain a ripper and get off the forum.

PS. this vendor has already blocked me on icq.
