A member ripped me off almost two weeks ago. I filed a report on the Blacklist section about this issue and surprisingly the report still remain the same way I filed it without any action or acknowledgment by the Admin.
The inaction or silence from the Admin seems strange to me as other petitions filed after mine were treated and adjudicated. This has now led me to ask these questions concerning mine.
1. Do I file the petition in Blacklist correctly?, if yes, why wasn't action taken in almost two weeks?.
2. Are there members that are untouchables or licensed to do whatever they choose and beyond the rules of the board?.
Please help me out as I'm confused over these questions. Thanks for your understanding.
