i tried google voice and it didnt work,also several other online numbers and still didnt work...any ideas?

Have the same problem. Maybe ask someone from the country that ur cc is from. They'll do it for a price, but it works. Good luck!

Since u're english speaking person - please keep in mind what we're STRONGLY AGAINST ANY work with processors from exUSSR. liqpay is originally from Ukraine.
So stay away from it and dont ask such questions on board to avoid being banned.
