I have thousands of 546616 but now this bin is top level security
it will not work outside usa

546616 good sometime ago, but now it"s dead bin, in 99% areas it have region block or region limit(like 50$ swipe only)

in my list of BINs, 546616 is listed as a "Bad Bin". All 546616 is dead in all top cc store. If you want this, you gotta snap them up on each base update, or buy from a private seller(not sellers who resell stuff from ccshops). Looks like banks troll the cc shops for this bins and cancel them all.

skimmed 546616 great . if used correctly
gives like 2k+ usually

what most people dont understand , is that if u use any dump from the exact correct region. they are golden and last 2+ days (sometimes)
546616 is amazing if used correctly*
ex: doesn't make sense to use a California piece at Florida in 2012 even if bins in ur area!!!

Sure, but often you wont know exact region with big bins. Everyone seems to use the same USA stuff and think it is only good stuff left.
